Neither room nor amenities were ok, regret my stay there. Cocroach and lezard in the room. Hair every where in the room, cannot recomend Caretaker always around standing and looking at you from down to up. Ridiculous. Everytime he swich off the wifi, the geyser the fan etc etc.

You don't have to be the biggest flashiest hotel to get 5 stars. It's about a combination of thing's and this hotel does a great job of that. The staff of which there is only two are superb. The manager Sujith , always polite, ever helpful, asking after you and giving advice when needed. I had an issue with my room which while he couldn't fix that day, he promptly rectified the next. Good service. The attendant, Joseph is a great man. Always present from early morning till late night. A friendly wave, smile and hello at all times. While not speaking much English still we've still both been able to be able to be understood. In the 8 night's I've spent here he's not produced the same breakfast twice. Most impressed. The hotel itself is good. Room size was fine for me with a good size bathroom. A/c, fan, satellite TV with a full range of channel's, comfortable bed and hot water, which Sujith show me where the switch was, to use as and when I needed it. More good service. Plenty of resturant's nearby to eat at. Location is good. Everything within an easy walk. Or tuk tuks always available. As I said a combination of thing's make 5 stars and this hotel does it. I highly recommend you stay here.

Hotel is good and 1/2 km from Kochi fort. All types of transport facilities [Auto, Taxi, Tourist Centre, Bus Stand, Taxi] are available nearby. Hotel Staff are quite good and co-operative. Fort Kochi beach is five minute walk from this hotel.

Hotel is very basic with steep stair case - no elevator. Though no view but location is good. Its in the heart of Fort Kochi.. Jetty, Bus stand is within walking distance. Nothing much to tell. It is on for one night stay and / or very budgeted travellers who also want to stay in the main market area.

The Hotel is very good.and it is center of fortkochi, we stay there for two days and its was a the best hotel which is stay in in my holiday.The staffs in the hotel is very friendly and helpfull in any kinds of needs. We really enjoy our stay there.........
